Personal Security has the most advanced IP telephony Call Manager from Cisco. The installation of the complete Cisco IPTelephony solution was done in collaboration with OTE - Cosmote, focusing on the technological upgrade of the company's telecommunications infrastructure and the acquisition of specialized expertise in a highly specialized field.

The center is compatible with capturing images from all DVRs available in the Greek market, while there is also the possibility of simultaneously recording and storing an event on the company's servers. For signal reception, telephone receivers as well as IP/GPRS devices operate.

In the company's computer room, 12 telephone receivers are hosted, while for the ability to receive and process IP/GPRS signals, the equipment includes receivers Paradox, Satel, Global M2M, Trikdis, Artion, Sigma, Caddx, DSC, Crow – IAAP & Crow Runner 864, Jablotron, Inim, Vision, Ksenia, Resolution, AMC, Vesta and AJAX which support fail-over as they are all redundant in accordance with the operational philosophy of the entire central station, both in terms of servers and workstations, and in terms of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).

The operation of the Dual – Path system's receivers is also significant, as it serves exclusively for the needs of banking institutions.
